Terms of Use & Booking Policy

1. About this site

This site is operated by OPERA ENGINEERING FZ-LLC, RAKEZ, UAE trade licence no. FXMB0229, tax registration number (TRN) 104305889800003, registered at Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. It is informational: there are no forms, accounts or payments on the site. Booking and payment happen through the online-booking widget, WhatsApp or directly at the salon.

2. Appointments

• You can book through the online-booking widget or on WhatsApp at +971 50 511 1496.
• A booking is confirmed once the time has been confirmed back to you.
• Complex colour and colour correction require a prior consultation and, where needed, a strand test.
• Services are delivered at Unique Persona, Dubai, where I work as Art Director; the salon's own rules apply alongside these terms.

3. Cancellation and late arrival

• Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or move an appointment.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, the service may be shortened so the next guest is not delayed.
• If you are more than 30 minutes late or do not show up without notice, the appointment may be cancelled, and a deposit may be requested for your next long treatment.
• The amount and refund conditions of any deposit are agreed with the salon at the time of booking.

4. Prices and payment

All prices on this site are in UAE dirhams (AED) and are indicative: the final amount depends on hair length and density, your starting colour and the actual work required. Treatments have a fixed price. The final price is confirmed before work begins. Payment is made at the salon, and prices may change.

VAT at 5% applies where UAE law requires it. Where training or orders are paid by transfer, any bank charges and currency-conversion costs applied by your bank or provider are borne by you.

5. Service results

Colour results depend on the condition and history of your hair, so an exact shade cannot be guaranteed in advance. I will tell you honestly what is achievable in one visit and propose a plan. If the result differs from what we agreed, tell me within 7 days — we will review it and correct the work where possible.

6. Education

Courses and modules run on agreed dates once a group is confirmed. A place is secured once we confirm the booking and receive the deposit; payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms are given before the course starts. If we cancel a course date, all amounts paid for it are refunded in full. Course materials are for the participant's personal use only.

7. Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, name and visual identity of Ele Bos are protected. Copying or commercial use without written permission is not allowed.

8. Limitation of liability

The information on this site is provided “as is” and does not replace a professional consultation. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party services (WhatsApp, the booking widget, social networks). Liability is limited to the extent permitted by UAE law.

9. Governing law and contact
