The ritual · How to style

1. I

   Protect

   Apply heat protectant before blow-drying. Always curl completely dry hair.

2. II

   Prepare

   For long-lasting curls, mist with hairspray and brush through before curling.

3. III

   Part

   No need for lots of sections. Simply part the back of your head vertically.

4. IV

   Curl

   Hold the iron vertically. Starting at the back, open the clip, place a section and wind it, turning the rotating part by hand. Hold a few seconds, then release. Alternate directions for volume.

5. V

   Frame

   Always curl the strands around your face away from the face.

6. VI

   Finish

   Let the curls cool, then shake them out with your fingers.

Care & storage

• Always switch off, unplug and let the iron cool completely before cleaning or storing.
• Clean the barrel only when cold, with a soft dry cloth. Do not use water or cleaning products.
• Do not wrap the cord tightly around the iron. Store it in its box in a dry place.

• The barrel becomes very hot. Avoid contact with the skin, face, scalp and eyes. Hold the iron only by the handle and the cool tip.
• Never leave the appliance unattended while it is switched on or plugged in. Always unplug it after use.
• Place the hot appliance only on a heat-resistant surface. Do not use it with wet hands or on wet hair.
• This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
• Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be done by children without supervision.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
